A Tour of the East (東方巡歴 Tōhō Junreki? ) is the side-story of The Heroic Legend of Arslan. It was originally published in the Summer 1993 issue of The Sneaker, later anthologized in Kadokawa Shoten's The Fantasy III in February 1994 and included in The Heroic Legend of Arslan: Official Reader's Guide.
The story takes place before the events of The Heroic Legend of Arslan and follows Daryun in his adventure to the East.
